Online Zoom Meditation and Reflections for past Mindfulness participants for Spring 2021
Join Heidi Walk for an online session of a talk and meditation on relevant themes. There may be some opportunity for mindful movement and small group sharing among participants. I would like to offer these talks to as many people who feel drawn to take part and I would prefer not to charge a fee in case there are those who are experiencing financial hardship at this time. However, it would be helpful if those who are able would make a small donation (suggested $5-10) to offset costs involved for preparation of the material and administration. Payment can be made by cheque, paypal or e-transfer to email@example.com.
